‘Skills Claiming’ kicks off amongst the
Markets sales teams as stage one of our
investment in industry-leading sales training
for our people.
The Volume channel lands the first of a
number of sizeable deals with new customers
including a £2m IPX growth deal, £1m
Ethernet deal and a healthy pipeline of
growth for Q4 and the year ahead. Ethernet
sales in the Indirect Channel continue to
grow rapidly, outpacing the market and
hitting record volumes.
Our Q3 CARE results show an employee
engagement index (EEI) 3.87 for BT Wholesale
– very marginally down on last quarter.
We make good progress on a key irritant for
Wholesale people in the form of Broadband
Billing issues. With the support of the delivery
hub we have managed to resolve 80% of
the data integrity billing issues, improving
customer satisfaction & revenue collection.
Next steps? Putting strategic solutions in place
to improve the in life process.
We complete the 79th hothouse of the year
to generate new Cost Transformation ideas.

as BT Wholesale’s ‘Coaching
Star’ having made it
through to the final.
We achieve our highest CSAT
score on record again this
month, out-turning a spot month
score of 77.4. This has been
primarily delivered as a direct
result of the fantastic work that
the Volume teams have done
to really eradicate the causes
of dissatisfaction in
their space.
