recruitment commences.
Customer Service announces its new structure to
transform the service we offer and give greater
flexibility to meet demand and deliver what
customers want in the future. We create four
new directorates – Volume Customer Operations,
Complex Customer Operations, Acceptance into
Service & Planning and Transformation.
Media & Broadcast wins a network
deal for the distribution of live subtitling
for BBC programming.
The energy of our account teams secures
two great wins with SSE (Scottish
and Southern Energy).
